Our
vision of providing accessible services, primarily for the Voluntary
and Community sector, came from the twin desires of generating an
income stream for our host organisation Derby Law Centre and radically
expanding the provision of legal and business help, outward to include
voluntary and community groups.
The innovative creation of a Community
Interest Company ensures that
surpluses derived from the charging of an equitable fee for your legal
and business solutions is returned to the law centre. This
funding stream ensures the continuation of legal help to those
individuals excluded, for whatever reason, from traditional sources of
legal advice and representation.
Put simply, this means that when you choose our organisation to provide
your legal and enterprising business solutions you are, through a
virtuous circle, sustaining legal help for those who are socially or
financially excluded.
Our services, which are delivered as member benefits through a club
partnership scheme, are designed to provide access to telephone,
on-line
and face-to-face advice, guidance and representation. |
