Access2Law
is an innovative Community Interest Company that delivers legal and
enterprising business solutions by linking a network of qualified legal
advisers and seasoned business professionals who share a social agenda.
Access2law
was founded from the outcomes of a feasibility study which
was commissioned by Social
Enterprise East Midlands to better
understand the legal and business needs of the Voluntary and Community
sector. Our services are designed to provide access to
telephone,
on-line and face-to-face guidance and representation aimed at
fulfilling those needs.
Within our target market we also include a range of services
designed to assist statutory authorities and commercial organisations
who include social welfare delivery as part of their output.
Any
surplus we create from the provision of services to our target market
is re-invested into Derby
Law Centre who are our principal social
beneficiary.
